South Western Railway are delighted to announce that we have made the final shortlist for the Award for Best Apprenticeship Programme in the Investors in People Awards 2022. The winners will be announced at a gala ceremony in London on Tuesday 15 November.

The announcement, which was made today, provides positive affirmation that SWRs innovative programme which includes Young Talent and Leadership Talent Rail Apprenticeship, as well as Upskilling Apprenticeships for all SWR colleagues, shows our commitment to colleagues develop their skills across the business.

Kirstie Thompson, SWR’s Apprenticeship Compliance Manager, said “We’re very excited to be recognised for our innovative programme which provides a variety of apprenticeships to enable colleagues across the business to develop their skills. This is a great achievement for South Western Railway”
